Refund policy

We accept returns only in case of damages in transit or manufacturing defects.

The product should be in the state you received it and in the original packaging.

Please email us at support@adhuna.com with your tax invoice along with photos/ videos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order. In case information is not received within 24 hours, goods would be assumed to be received in good condition.

Our customer service team will get in touch with you within 2 days to plan reverse pick up and schedule repair/ replacement.

In case of damaged packing:

We take utmost care with our packaging and use an industrial packaging provider to oversee our packing design. However, we cannot control the handling of goods and there are chances of the goods being damaged in transit.

In case of any visible damage to the packing or any sound of loose furniture inside the box/ crate, please show it to the delivery person and make a comment regarding the same on the delivery slip the delivery team will ask you to sign. This would be critical for us to claim insurance.

Please do take pictures and videos and email the same to us at support@adhuna.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged shipment.

We request you to open the packaging yourself or with the help of a local carpenter, inspect the product and show any damage to the product to the delivery person. However, please note, that the delivery person is not obligated to stay while you open the package, in which case your comment on the delivery slip will suffice.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
